Round World
The world keeps turning.
It’s what isn’t said.
Great love affairs pass on by.
Real darkness grips individuals.
Sudden death steals loved ones.
You all assume he’s ok.
Planes fly overhead or crash.
Pet dogs become ill and take a long sleep.
Wonderful works of art are created.
Unjust war happens twice a decade.
Babies are born oblivious to all of this.
And still the world keeps on turning.
