CITY LIMITS

CITY LIMITS

We are leaving the city limits –

all that is built up losing its grip

we go past as we go past green fields and old farm buildings.

A sense of relief getting away from the busy city, too big, too many people, acidic traffic fumes. Is it any wonder we feel trapped and congested?

This feeling of freedom and of being alive won’t last forever, just an hour or so,

then the city dwellers return to their metropolis.

Gone is the hassle of life, in its place is relaxation and a release from yourself.
