Turkish Events

All he wanted was to be happy. He did very well in life. An educated man, living in Turkey with a beautiful Turkish fiancé. They were always close and so in love. He was close to her when she went to the embassy for a visa. They planned a future blissful together. There was a long queue that hot sunny day. Then they struck.

Terrorist bomb, al-Qaeda style, a big one. A well planned evil attack. Many died including his gal. He was shell shocked. Caught on camera - I'm English. How could this happen in modern day Turkey? Shocking the world. He was hospitalised.

At first they didn't tell him she was dead. If he knew, would he give up? Slowly he got better physically. Mentally it as very different. When they did tell him he'd lost her, he wasn't alone.
